Then we have Plankies, the late night bar
with jolls, dances, parties and fun filled Karaoke evenings
into the early hours of the morning which has given meaning
to our bumper stickers “Hangklip Rocks”!
During crayfish season, the hotel is a hub
of activity as fisherman frequent this mecca of fishing and
crayfishing and you find the hotel surrounded by parked boats
& rubber ducks with the owners in Plankies or at the Bush
bar to share the days adventures and stories. This area is
regarded as one of the best Crayfish areas in the Country
with these crustaceans in
abundance close to shore.
